Colour-coded Walkways and Signage

We were approached by our client Skanska to install a pedestrian walkway that would circumnavigate the perimeter of Euston train station.

Skanska

Upon visit, one of our engineers noted that the flow of work vehicle traffic greatly increased and decreased in particular areas around the site.

With this in mind, we suggested that it would be practical to incorporate colour coordinated walkways as a means of notifying the workers of the change in risk level in each area.

To coincide with the walkways, we had signage designed and installed with the purpose of informing pedestrians when they were entering a new zone and what this meant.

We also had a toolbox talk drafted to accompany the signs, so that the workers would understand the Health & Safety requirements connected to the signs and walkways.
